Hey Mike: We have tried 2 computers to connect our mic to the Tue. night meeting, but still can not connect. Would it be a browser issue? We used chrome. We have been on "zoom" calls before and the mic worked. We went to the bottom right (task bar) clicked that mic symbol also, there were 2 options (one was real tech. and I can't recall the other option) we tried both but neither made the mic work. There is something more wrong than just needing to clicking the red mic symbol at the bottom. Do you know what we are missing?
