I just saw this message and I wanted to join :(. However, thank you so much for all your help you have given us! I really appreciate you for your kindness!
⚠️ Important Annoucement
The Skool account for the Inner Circle Monthly Mastermind will be shut down on 31st December 2023 as I move to my next phase and goals in life (contributing more towards the primary care and medical services side of things). We are moving back to the Teachable learning platform, so if you have purchased the lifetime membership and have moved over from Teachable, you will still have lifetime access to the course content from your Teachable account. All lifetime members are also welcome to add me on Facebook and message me if you ever get stuck or need additional accountability. If you only have a Skool account with us, sign up on Teachable here, then email us at support@studysmarter.academy with the email you used to sign up, so we can add you to the course. If you have any questions, feel free to ask under this post. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavours! Dr Hugo

1. What was the ONE thing that you have committed to do yesterday? Have you practiced or performed that today? I committed to reducing my screen time since it was distracting. I have practised this but it's taking a while to adjust. For example, I have created a timer to use apps for only one hour a day but I will admit that sometimes I add more time to use the apps. The good thing is that I am conscious about it but now I need to be discipline to do this 2.What was the ONE thing that you have committed to AVOID yesterday? Have you broken that habit for today? I committed to avoiding sleeping very late so I could wake up earlier to plan more things to do throughout the day. I have performed that today, I have slept before 3 a.m. which is better than before but I still need more improve so I can hit my goal of sleeping before 12 a.m. 3.Share one failure below and what you have learnt as a result of this. This will enlighten others and inspire others with what you have learnt One of my biggest failures was planning a lesson last minute with a friend of mine. Basically, when I was in my first year I used to work as a debate teacher where I would teach children with another workmate. We loved our job but one day, there was a problem. While I was reading and going over the lesson plan, I didn't understand specific activities. Instead of doing the smart thing of asking other workmates for help, I left it last minute and I went to work improving some of this task. That day was an unforgettable day because it was a mixture of chaos, confusion and worries. The good thing is that the students had lots of fun despite all of these mixed emotions. I have learned a lot from this experience. For example, I have learned that when in doubt, asking for help is a good thing. This experience also taught me that despite failing my students, I should have been more prepared and more organised. If it wasn't for this experience, I would have honestly never learned 🥲

1. Name one thing that you will do for the next 3 weeks to improve your grades I'm currently on holiday like @Raymond Liu, but I need to reduce my screen time since the holidays have increased a lot. If I do this, my grades when I start university will get better since I won't have that many distractions. Also, to improve my planning skills and I know I will learn through this program. If I do this, I will have a structure on what I should be doing on a daily which will be very productive 2. Name one thing that you will AVOID for the next 3 weeks to improve your grades Sleeping very late (yesterday I slept at 5 am watching videos, which is very bad) and waking up extremely late. When I wake up extremely late, I either get anxious and angry at myself that I am not doing enough or I procrastinate so much that I don't start studying until very late in the day 3. The Screenshot
Day 1 Daily Tasks completed:
Minimum Task: Alarm on Calendar and timetable set. Medium Task: 28 Day Challenge sheet printed and signed. Advanced: Video set at 2x the speed and watched.
