Has anyone got the sizes for making Tumblers and Mugs please?

Hi guys, just joined here. Really overwhelmed and trying to figure this out. In joining skool platform, I have been meet with so many scammers on here, I was quite taken a back and had to leave a few communities, until I found Bailey on YouTube. The thing is I'm not techy at all, and I'm wondering if my joining the paid community, we are taught how to design etc, I'm not good at the designing aspect, but I'm happy to be here in the free space to learn and maybe get help from others.
