I will also keep my reports under this post. The first week was quite easy, because I had a couple mandatory rest days there. I started walking at least around the block. I'm writing my meals down to application. There's plenty of work even a regular meal times.

I should start walking, but I nearly hate these dark, cold days of winter without snow. I haven't quite figured out how I can make a new habit of it. Should I make it top priority and walk straight after breakfast? Or should I walk these days I don't lift kettlebells? I don't simply know.

Squat exercise discussion

I have now tested double rack squat a couple of times. When I watched the video I noticed that I used more wider squat stance than usual. Having two kettlebells in rack I need to pay more attention to vertical upper body, so that I don't loose my balance. Having also longer shinbones I need to use wider squat stance. How do you see double squat vs single squat? Let's discuss.

I'm studying Master The Kettlebell Swing L1-L2 courses. I'm very comfortable swinging w/ 12 kg (DH). Single HH Sw needs more practice.
