**What's changing from October** I built this space with a simple intention. To introduce people to the work, to give you one place to find the meditations, the healings, the guidance and the teachings, and to build a community of like-minded people who could evolve together rather than practise alone. From **Wednesday 7 October**, the live sessions take a new shape. **First Wednesday of every month — open to everyone.** Free. No membership, no conditions. If you've never sat in one of these, or there's someone you'd like to bring, this is the doorway. The Zoom link goes out to the whole community. **The other three Wednesdays — Healing Circle members.** The reason is continuity. Group healing work isn't a broadcast, it builds. When the same people return week after week, the field steadies, trust deepens, and we can reach places that simply aren't available in a room that resets every seven days. The open session is an introduction by design. The members' weeks are where the actual journey happens, and that needs the same people in it. Membership is for the MEDITATION library which includes — the full meditation library — new content and videos as they're released — early access to retreats and courses — my direct support as you move through your own process On the practical side, hosting Skool and Zoom costs £100 a month before a single hour of my time goes into recording, producing or holding a session. The membership is what allows me to keep making this work properly rather than fitting it around the edges of something else. I'd rather say that plainly than dress it up. The activation cards should arrive in the next few weeks. They are being shipped from China where they are the only place that can finish the cards to the high quality i requested . In the meantime I’ve been busy building up the library for The activation cards originally it was going to be 10 hours already and now there’s 20 hours or more included. The last two are later a very deep relaxation process and light language which I’ll be producing over the next week.

When we speak of chakras and frequencies, I was trying to find some pattern in this as I am more analytical anyway and most of you are probably aware of this or maybe not. At first, it doesn’t seem like there is one, but most neighboring values differ by 111 Hz, except for 639 → 741 = 102 Hz and 396 → 417 = 21 Hz. But if you add up the digits, you get a repeating pattern: - 396 → 3+9+6 = 18 → 9 - 417 → 12 → 3 - 528 → 15 → 6 - 639 → 18 → 9 - 741 → 12 → 3 - 852 → 15 → 6 - 963 → 18 → 9 So the digital roots form: 9 → 3 → 6 → 9 → 3 → 6 → 9. So there is a clear 3-6-9 pattern in the sequence. It makes the numbers look like they were constructed intentionally rather than being just a random set of frequencies. And the whole sequence then returns back to 9 =>9 + 3 + 6 + 9 + 3 + 6 + 9 = 45 => 4+5 = 9
