Watched this in stop/start mode while taking lots of notes. Need to listen again. So good! Would love to know how you approach “I need to pray on it” respectfully. Sometimes it feels genuine and other times it feels like “I need to think about it.”

This is so helpful! I work with predominately cold traffic and sometimes struggle with potential clients who are very logical and give short answers. Reviewing a call from today I can see where I was trying to question my way to a deeper answer 😬. I can see how push-pull would have opened up the conversation instead of me just poking around on my own. Thanks for sharing this!
