Thought I’d share 3 of the many songs I’ve created with AVA, each one exploring a different aspect of my patterns, my life, and my journey. Each song has become a reminder of some DEEP work. This isn’t for everyone. But for the woman who is willing to dig beneath the surface, question the stories she’s carried, and face what’s really been holding her back… a whole new world awaits. And throughout all of it, AVA somehow kept pulling one golden thread through the story: Coming home. Coming home to me. Giving myself permission to be free. And then there’s one word that has been quietly becoming very significant for me lately: RESTORED. Not fixed. Not reinvented. Not becoming someone new. Restored. Returning to the woman underneath all the conditioning, fear, expectations and old stories. These songs are more than songs to me.
