Most people breathe every day without ever learning how to use it — to calm the nervous system, improve focus, build resilience, recover faster, and perform better under pressure. That’s what Breath Dojo is here for. Inside this community, you’ll find simple breathwork lessons, guided practices, training concepts, conversations, and tools to help you build a real breath practice you can use in everyday life — not just when you’re sitting on a mat, but when you’re stressed, training, competing, working, recovering, or trying to reset. Hello everyone, My name is Heide, I am a 66 year old German living in New Zealand. My main goal is to become (and stay) conscious of my breathing, especially when tensing up, and learn ‘good breathing habits’ well enough to not having to constantly focus on them. Everything else, I believe, will happen by itself after that. Thank you so much for this community and the additional experiences it offers. I am very much looking forward to the delivery of your exciting kickstarter project too! :-)
