Pediatric therapy
Let’s discuss cupping on children/adolescents 🙌 Cupping in action 👣✨ Here’s a quick look at cupping on Ezra and why I love this tool—especially in pediatric & sensitive bodies: • Increases circulation and lymphatic flow • Helps decompress tight, restricted fascia • Reduces pain and inflammation without deep pressure • Supports nervous system regulation (calming + grounding) • Encourages the body’s own healing response When done gently and intentionally, cupping can create powerful change with very little force—perfect for kids and anyone who doesn’t tolerate aggressive work. Watch how the tissue responds 👀

Any contraindications specifically for working on kids or adolescents?
Classroom
so far I have two courses offered in the classroom. Ethics for pediatric massage and the pediatric fascial method course. Have you taken them yet?

Not yet. I just joined but I am planning to check them out
Zoom class?
Would you all be interested in a live zoom for a pediatric session/class on trigger points on children ?

I would be more interested in watching the recording of the live class. Since it is challenging for me to attend most live classes.
Working Harder Isn’t the Same as Working Smarter.
Many massage therapists were taught to push through fatigue, book more sessions, and rely on effort to grow. Over time, that approach takes a toll on the body and the quality of care. The shift happens when you realize that better assessment, intentional technique, and clearer treatment planning can create better outcomes with less strain. Sustainability isn’t about doing less work, it’s about doing the right work.
