NEXT STOP: B LICENSE 📚⚽
As many of you may know, I recently completed my USSF C License. While I’m grateful for the accomplishment, I see it the same way I encourage all of our players to see their own soccer journey. A player doesn’t reach one level and stop. They move from recreational soccer to club soccer. From club soccer to higher levels of competition. From one challenge to the next. Every step prepares them for what comes next. Coaches are no different. Just as players move up the soccer pyramid, coaches must continue moving up the coaching pathway. The learning never stops. The goal is not to collect licenses. The goal is to become more knowledgeable, more effective, and better equipped to help players develop. The C License was one step in that process. The next step is the USSF B License. Most importantly, I want to thank every player and parent in our community for trusting us with your child’s development. That trust is something we never take lightly. Every course, every license, every hour spent learning is ultimately done with one goal in mind: providing a better experience and a higher level of coaching for the athletes we serve. The better we become as coaches, the better we can serve the players who trust us with their journey. For our players, let this be a reminder that growth is never finished. There is always another level to reach, another skill to learn, and another challenge to embrace. Keep climbing. 📈

🔥 ELITE COMMUNITY JERSEY GIVEAWAY 🔥🎄 EVERYONE CAN WIN 🎄⚡ LET’S FINISH THE YEAR STRONG ⚡
Listen up. This is NOT a random giveaway. This is about mindset, commitment, and showing you actually belong in this community. I’m giving away Elite Soccer Academy jerseys to the athletes who SHOW UP and ENGAGE. Here’s exactly how you win. Follow this step by step. No shortcuts. ✅ STEP 1: CREATE A POST IN THE COMMUNITY Your post must be about your goals for 2026. What are you chasing? What level do you want to reach? What do you need to improve? What kind of player do you want to become? Be real. Be specific. No lazy one-sentence posts. ✅ STEP 2: COMMENT ON 2 OTHER ATHLETES’ POSTS Go support your teammates. Leave positive, thoughtful comments. Encourage them. Add value. Push them. One-word comments are trash. Put some effort in. ✅ STEP 3: COME BACK HERE AND COMMENT “DONE” Once you’ve: • Posted your 2026 goals • Commented on 2 other posts Come back to THIS post and comment DONE ✅ That’s it. 🎽 WHAT HAPPENS NEXT After you comment DONE: • I’ll personally reach out to you • I’ll confirm your jersey size • You’ll receive your jersey in person at training or by mail My goal is to get these handed out before Christmas 🎁Custom jerseys take time, so the faster you act, the better. 🚨 DEADLINE ⏳ ALL STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED BY: 📅 12/15/25 at 11:59 PM After that, entries are CLOSED. No late posts. No exceptions. No chasing. Post. Support. Comment DONE. Let’s flood this community with goals, confidence, and momentum. 🔥 GO TIME. LET’S MOVE. 🔥

Goals for 2026
My goals for 2026 is to be a better midfielder, someone who can make plays and also score goals. I also want to make it to Ecnl regional. I want my coach to count on me to make plays and help the team win.

Hi Ethan, nice goals. You got this, believe in yourself.
2026 goals!
My goals for 2026 are to be able to gain the confidence to shoot the ball more, because I get too nervous to miss the goal. Another goal of mine is to eat better before my games. A lot of the times I don’t eat before or I don’t eat as healthy. The last goal I have for myself is to have a better first touch because most of the time my first touch gets away from me into pressure.

Hi Layla, you got this. Setting goals is the first step. Stay committed, and you will be successful.
Goals for 2026
My goals for 2026 is to become a stronger all-around player. Defensively, I want to apply pressure on the ball, stay balanced, and work hard to win the ball back for my team. Offensively, I want to stay calm and confident when I’m under pressure, keep control of the ball, and make smart decisions. I also want to improve my shooting so I can take my chances and help my team score. Most of all, I want to keep working hard, learning, and supporting my teammates every game. Clarissa Gonzalez
