💻 My Bundle Tech Stack (It's Simpler Than You Think!)
One of the biggest misconceptions about hosting a bundle is that you need a complicated tech setup. You really don't. 😊 Here's what I'll be using for the Audience Growth Society Bundle this August: 🎨 Canva – graphics and promo images 📧 Flodesk – registration form, emails for contributors and subscribers 💳 ThriveCart – affiliate links, and the VIP checkout (if I decide to offer one) 🌐 My website – the contributor registration page, bundle hub, and the page where attendees will access all of the freebies 📁 Google Drive – contributor docs, swipe copy, and shared resources And... that's pretty much it! 😄 Could I add more tools? Sure. Do I need to? Nope. Sometimes we overcomplicate things before we even get started. My advice? Start simple. You can always make things fancier later. 💬 What's one business tool you couldn't live without? ------------------------------- P.S. One more thing... 😊 This isn't my first bundle. I hosted a very similar one last year, which means I didn't have to start from scratch this time. I updated the branding, refreshed the theme, made a few improvements, and reused a lot of what I'd already built. That's one of my favorite things about hosting events like this. You create the systems once... then you can rinse and repeat year after year.

@Karrie Chariton This was one of my favorite parts running two bundles. Airtable really can't be beat for all it can do. I find it more user-friendly than Excel, but it's like you said - Excel on steroids.

@Rachel Mohl This was my first time using Shareables instead of Softr for hosting a bundle and I love it!
💎 Honestly... Premium Would Be Worth It for These 2 Programs Alone
There are a lot of resources inside Premium now... But honestly? I'd still happily pay for Premium because of these two programs alone. 😅 __________________________________________________________________ 🎁 Want to host your own bundle? Join Premium. Inside Bundle Brilliance, you'll learn the exact step-by-step process I use to plan, recruit contributors, launch, and run a successful bundle that helps you grow your audience through collaboration. The same process that has helped me: ✨ Add 1,150+ new email subscribers in just 5 days ✨ Build meaningful relationships and long-term collaborations ✨ Create an event that continues to open doors and grow my community __________________________________________________________________ 🎤 Want to host your own virtual summit? Join Premium. Inside Virtual Summit Success Lab, you'll learn the exact step-by-step system I use to plan, launch, and profit from virtual summits. The actual approach I've used to: ✨ Host 5 virtual summits ✨ Welcome 6,000+ attendees ✨ Generate $35,000+ in summit revenue ✨ Grow email lists and build long-term visibility through collaborations My very first summit brought in: 🎉 1,892 registrations 💰 132 VIP sales ✨ Over $13,000 USD in additional revenue Honestly... Even if Premium only included LAB and Bundle Brilliance, I'd still think it was worth joining. Everything else inside? That's just the bonus. 😉

I Wish I'd Hosted A Bundle Sooner
FOR REALZ THO I wish I’d hosted a bundle sooner. Like most entrepreneurs, I wanted more visibility, more opportunities, and more people discovering my business. But let’s be honest… I wanted to grow the damn email list. 😆 And it worked. One simple bundle brought in over 1,150 new subscribers ... in just 5 days!!!! No ads. No complicated funnels. No posting 17 times a day. Just one collaboration-based event. But what surprised me most wasn’t only the list growth. It was how FUN it was. I added a theme, made the whole thing feel like an actual experience, and the contributors totally leaned into it. The audience loved it too. It didn’t feel like “just another freebie bundle.” It felt collaborative, creative, aligned, and honestly… way more fun than I expected. 👑✨ That’s why I’m such a big believer in bundles. Because you don’t always need a bigger audience first. Sometimes you need access to other people’s audiences. 💬 So tell me… If you were going to host a bundle, what would feel hardest? Finding contributors? Choosing a theme? Getting people to promote? The tech? Something else? P.S. I put together a free behind-the-scenes case study showing exactly how the bundle worked, what I’d do again, and what I’d do differently. 👉 https://learn.juliecbutler.com/bundle-case-study

@Julie Butler The new tech isn't the chaos now, it's the old tech HAHAHA. Have fun camping! I think I might start day drinking. 🤣
📧 I Just Want To Grow The Damn Email List 😆
📧 Can we be honest for a minute? I know there are lots of reasons to grow a business, but if I'm being completely honest, most of the time I'm thinking... "I just want to grow the damn email list." 😆 And I'm guessing I'm not the only one. The challenge is that there are so many ways to do it. You could host a summit, create a bundle, guest on podcasts, focus on collaborations, build a community, apply to speak, or try a dozen other visibility strategies. None of those are wrong. The question is: which one makes the most sense for YOU right now? So let's have some fun. _____________________________________________ Tell me: 📧 About how big is your email list right now? AND 🎯 Where would you love it to be 6 months from now? I'll jump into the comments and tell you what visibility move I'd focus on next. Are you trying to grow your list? Increase your visibility? Find more collaboration opportunities? Land more clients? I'll jump into the comments and tell you what visibility move I'd focus on next. 😆 👇 Let's do it.

Everyone, small email lists can often be the most engaged! You guys are amazing! I have 5500 on my list but I clean it even more frequently now so re-engaging about 480 peeps now, LOL! I do all of these except hosting a summit. I don't think I will ever do that. I do like bundle hosting! I am in the middle of running my second one right now with a goal to host another towards the end of the year. My ultimate goal is to host two a year with next year hosting my first Aprilish, LOL! We can all help each other grow and I had 300 people on my email list for about two years at one time. I like to say slow and steady wins the list growth race.

@Judy Lange Honestly it's a lot to go into like it could take days to teach the strategy. I would start with a bundle and I am pretty sure that @Julie Butler has an amazing course on this! She may cover summits too!
😆 Well... I tried to keep it short.
I failed. Apparently my "quick behind-the-scenes tour" of Premium turned into a 12-minute walkthrough because I'm chatty and once I start talking about collaborations, email list growth, visibility, summits, bundles, podcasts, partnerships, and all the cool things happening inside the community... I can't stop. 🤣 But honestly? This video isn't really about what's inside Premium. It's about WHY I built it. A few years ago, I realized something... The fastest growth in my business didn't come from posting more content. It came from getting into the right rooms. The right collaborations. The right partnerships. The right audiences. And once I figured that out, everything changed. My email list grew. My visibility grew. My opportunities grew. So I built the thing I wish I'd had when I was starting. A place where people can learn how to grow through collaborations, events, visibility opportunities, and relationships. Anyways... If you've been curious about what I've been building behind the scenes, here's your peek behind the curtain. 👀 🎥 Watch the walkthrough below. P.S. If you've been lurking... this might be your sign to finally take a look. 😘 👉 https://juliecbutler.com/premium/
