It’s flu season and there are a lot of “recipes “ going around on the interwebs for holistic ways to combat this. I have been down with this mess for 3 weeks! So here’s a tried and true recipe… if you choose to use it- my experience is that it tastes like salad dressing.. the finer you can grate the garlic and ginger the easier it goes down.. and it burns the longer you let the mix sit. My sick kids ask for it. And I will NEVER NOT use it again!!
