🚨 Vendor BAC water x Hospira 🚨
I recently learned that Hospira BAC water is considered one of the better options, but the vial is 30 mL and I only use around 10 mL per month, give or take. I have a couple of questions: 1. Can the same vial of Hospira BAC water be used for 2-3 months after opening, or should it be discarded sooner? 2. I also read that BAC water, even after opening, should be stored at room temperature in a dry, dark place rather than refrigerated. I've been keeping my vendor BAC water in the fridge. Can I simply take it out of the fridge and continue using it, or would it be better to start with a new vial? Would appreciate any advice from people who have experience with Hospira! Thank you!

Not shedding any weight on Tirz
Ive been on Tirz for a year or more. Im on max dose I believe. I buy 60mg vial and mix with 2mL bac water. On a 100 unit syringe I draw 45units which I believe is 15mg?? I cant shed morethan 5lbs in over a year. What am I doing wrong? What should I add or change?

This is the dosing I got from an NP when I initially started with her on sema before coming to this group. I reconstitute to her 25mg/ml concentration so that I can easily follow her dosage. Hope it helps!

This is for reconstituting at 25mg/ml. I’m not sure how big the 140mg vial is and if it can hold 5.6ml

Craaaap. lol I had 2 30g Tglp2 in my cart and was helping a friend checkout and got an alert that it’s out of stock. 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ Any chance it’ll be back in tomorrow? I don’t need it right away!
