💯🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯 I think🤔 that the most valuable concept that I have learned about communication skills is that there is a big difference between hearing and listening. HEARING👂_it takes no effort...but, LISTENING is INTENTIONAL💪🤓🧠.. _ "many will only hear, to speak..but those who listen, respond accordingly" ...Me🗣️
