Hello everyone! So yesterday in my "Give it to God" Workshop, I had everyone do a journalling exercise after the guided meditation and I wanted to share it with you all, for you to try! Yesterday's guided meditation was all about letting go of control and casting our worries onto God. So you write 1 or 2 or as many things that have been heavy on your heart, that you would like to cast over to our Divine Creator. I've attached the picture on how to write this below. Here is an example of a complete statement, just so you get an idea on how to write yours! EX: God, I cast onto you all of my stress regarding my financial situation at the moment. I believe and I receive the best and most aligned outcome for myself and everyone concerned in this situation. Thank you for bringing me all the effortless financial income, all the inspired ideas that will allow me to welcome abundance easily, thank you.
