What Is Your Community Promise?
Before people join, engage, or buy from your Skool, they need to quickly understand one thing: “What will this community help me do?” 👇 Drop your community promise in one sentence. Use this formula: I help [who] go from [problem] to [result] through [method]. Example: I help new Skool owners go from confused and inconsistent to clear, engaged, and growing through weekly prompts, audits, and simple community-building systems. A strong community promise should be: ✅ Specific about who it helps ✅ Clear about the problem they have ✅ Focused on the result they want ✅ Easy to understand in one sentence ✅ Simple enough for members to repeat or refer Try this format: I help: They struggle with: I help them get: My method is: My one-sentence promise is: Bonus tip: If your promise feels too broad, make it more specific. A clear promise makes your Skool easier to join, easier to talk about, and easier to sell. Drop yours below, then reply to at least 2 people with one suggestion to make their promise clearer.

@Carolina Velis it’s a long story. She had been in my life 10 years prior. My daughter 4 at the time used to speak about her. Long story short I had a vision as I was going through my divorce. Knew I was in the 1600’s sitting in my family castle in Ireland. Saw her beheaded, walked her back and asked her name. Same person my daughter used to talk about. She showed me everything and I worked through healing from a narcissist. She woke me up in the middle of the night to move and breathe. Then I had to bring it out to others

@Carolina Velis I’m posting on other platforms I belong to and emailing my list. I should be posting more in Skool as well most likely
You matter too
Share one moment when someone told you your work, message, reading, or content really helped them. It could be a client, follower, friend, or even someone who quietly said, “I needed that today.” What did they say, and what did it remind you about the value of what you do?

I received a card in the mail from a client and a gift of a journal on each page of the journal was a sticky note telling me how much the work I do matters and how that I hold space and don’t force healing on anyone but allow them to be comfortable enough that they can allow the healing to happen within themselves. I focus on embodiment and what goes on in the body where they feel the energy that needs healing. I can help them find it when they are open to that, but this card made me cry so hard. The words were amazingly beautiful.
Summer slump?
Do you experience a slow down in your desire to work on your business during the Summer months? Do you see a slow down in the activities in your groups? Are they tied together? Or just how it goes? --->>> What are you doing NOW to prepare for the Fall? aka buying season?

@Carolina Velis I definitely feel things become quieter at the usual engagement hours, but I have found that later engagement hours tend to pick up. I will start posting later at night as the summer goes on because people tend to stay up later where it’s lighter out. I don’t tend to run programs over the summer though because I have kids home with me so I stick to one on one clients and sometimes a class but not a full 12 week program. I do find that with people going away they are less likely to sign up for a summer program if they are headed off on vacation and no, they are going to be missing weeks.

My why behind my Skool, The Spark Within, was to help women who’ve been through trauma, abuse, narcissistic, abuse, conditioning, whether societal, religious or familial, those who are navigating sobriety who have gotten out, but are simply just surviving life. As someone who has survived all of the above, I was just surviving for a long time until I had an awakening by an ancestor. The breath and movement that I teach her what was given to me, what channel through. I also learned that I was a channel at that moment, but that’s a story for a different time. My biggest thing with this community is that I know what it feels like to run on survival mode instead of truly feeling like yourself being out of the fear of being out of scarcity being out of feeling like you’re too much and being able to use your authentic self expression. I give tools to help and in the VIP here we run a weekly breath Work circle focuses on bringing in the union of divine feminine and sacred masculine.
