Big tip Thursday!
My biggest tip for grounding is to get yourself a tub, fill it with soil or sand and sit or sand in it for as long as you can each day. Do this even if you have access to a park or backyard. This week - I have been stacking rocks & crystals. A new rock stacking / mindfulness teacher - Travis Ruskus - came into my orbit. Up to 4 rocks - kinda obsessed .. 🤣
