I've been testing a little something different to start my day for the last 4 or 5 days, and believe me, it's made a HUGE difference in my day! When you are "low energy" really shows up in your content, even when you try not to. I've found some great videos on IG to get my day going. The difference shows up on my watch in all the stats!
