First you should never give up because something is hard or isn't going your way. You're just in lag time. The Universes delays are not the Universes denials. Cause and effect are separated by time. This is the very first understanding you should have. Secondly, you can always adjust and pivot. It sounds like you just need some clarity and direction or a plan and execution. @Enzo Mali Concretely this isn’t a “finding creators” problem. It’s an execution + standards problem. If everything is ready and they’re still not working, then either they don’t want it badly enough or there are no real consequences. Set clear weekly deliverables and a short deadline. If they don’t execute, replace them. Also, stop looking for “interested” people. Look for people who are already posting consistently (even small accounts). Execution filters everything. If no one is willing to show up and post, the upside isn’t strong enough — or you’re babysitting instead of managing.
