Main exercise on back day is deadlift. I normally use the hex bar for deadlift but have have told my PT the goals I want to achieve by the end of the year, and so she gives me the straight bar ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ So every week she increases the weights and decreased the reps, but this week is a deload week so it's okish weights and low reps ๐๐ผ She wants me to video my lifts so she can check my technique and correct anything....so I am waiting on her thoughts about my 'slapped arsed resting bitch' face as someone walks across my camera ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ๐คฃ Anyway, this weights is 87.5kg just from different angles and seemed ok ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ
