Question for the experienced stylists!
If a newer stylist asked you ONE thing about surviving burnout, what would you say?

I’d say the biggest thing is taking some time to recharge yourself outside of work, maybe a long weekend to get out of town, or a good rest day with no ‘to dos’. But the other big part is remembering why you do hair, as your chair becomes more filled with clients who return for you it changes the way your days feel. So focusing on creating a great environment in the chair and making sure I have the tools to best suit my clients always results in return clients and reminds me why I love my job.
