Is this worth spending my google flow credits on?
🎬 Episode 2 is LIVE: Cold Outreach We're documenting the journey of building Forge Labs AI... but instead of traditional vlogs, we're turning it into an anime series. Every episode is based on what we're actually doing as founders—the wins, the failures, the late nights, and everything in between. Episode 2 follows us as we launch our cold outreach journey. No fake guru content. No overnight success. Just two founders building in public. Would love to hear what you think after watching! 👇 https://www.instagram.com/reel/DaldKdSy6fx/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
Everyone is using AI to build websites. Almost nobody is using AI to build trust.
The difference between a website that gets ignored and one that closes $10k clients isn't the animations. It's the messaging. A few things I changed while rebuilding my agency website: • Stopped talking about features and started talking about outcomes.• Removed sections that looked "cool" but distracted from booking a call.• Every section now answers one question: Why should I trust you?• Used AI to speed up execution—not to replace good design. AI can generate a website in minutes. It still can't generate positioning. Curious... What's the biggest mistake you keep seeing on agency websites? (P.S. I broke down the entire build process in today's video if anyone wants to see the prompt and workflow.) Or, if you wan https://youtu.be/7hccebpFLYY?si=7ce1e8jZg06iv3BH

Did I expose costly voice AI Saas tools
I’m 19, not some hardcore telecom engineer, and I just built a fully custom low-latency AI voice receptionist for a client that’s nearly 90x cheaper than relying on expensive voice AI wrappers like Vapi. Honestly… did we just expose how overpriced some of these platforms are? The stack:• LiveKit• Deepgram Nova-3• Gemini 2.5 Flash• Cartesia Sonic-2• Modal• n8n• Vobiz SIP telephony This wasn’t just another AI chatbot. The system:• answers real phone calls• handles multilingual conversations• interrupts naturally• captures leads automatically• extracts emails from noisy calls• triggers backend automations• runs with extremely low latency One of the funniest problems:The AI once heard:“harsha242404@gmail.com” as:“twofourtwofourzerofour@therategmail.com” Ended up building custom spoken-email normalization logic just to make email capture reliable over phone calls. And honestly, n8n was one of the smartest decisions in the stack. Because voice AI systems don’t stop at conversations. You eventually need:• CRM integrations• lead routing• webhooks• follow-ups• notifications• scalable workflows Feels like we’re entering a phase where more builders realize they can create custom voice AI infrastructure with better control, lower latency, and dramatically lower costs instead of depending entirely on expensive plug-and-play platforms. Curious:Do you think custom voice AI stacks will eventually replace most voice AI SaaS platforms?

Did I expose costly voice AI Saas tools
This AI voice agent costs 10x cheaper than Vapi , retell, elevenlabs and ultravox.
At 2 AM today, I successfully built and deployed a multilingual AI voice agent capable of answering real phone calls in real time. What makes this exciting is not just the technology itself, but the cost efficiency behind it. Instead of relying entirely on expensive voice AI platforms, I built the infrastructure using: • LiveKit • OpenAI • Deepgram • custom deployment workflows The system can: • handle real-time conversations • support multiple languages • operate as an AI receptionist • run continuously in the cloud • integrate with SIP calling infrastructure A few months ago, I barely understood how APIs and realtime systems worked. Now I’m building production-level AI systems from scratch. This space is moving incredibly fast, and I genuinely believe the biggest opportunity is not just using AI tools — but learning how to build the systems underneath them. Still learning. Still experimenting. But excited for what’s ahead 🚀

At 18, with no formal design experience, I took on the challenge of redesigning an eye care brand website for Oakley using AI. Here’s the stack I used:→ Claude for structure & UX thinking→ Antigravity for animations, effects, and full build→ Google Stitch for UI generation The goal was simple: create a premium, cinematic website experience that truly reflects the brand. What I focused on:• Clean, minimal UI with strong visual hierarchy• Dark, cinematic aesthetics to highlight the product• Scroll-based storytelling instead of static pages• Smooth, intentional interactions that feel premium What stood out to me was the speed and leverage AI provides. What traditionally required a team of designers and developers can now be executed by a single individual with the right tools. This project was a reminder that execution matters more than experience in today’s landscape. AI is rapidly changing how we build—and this is just the beginning. I’d love to hear your thoughts or feedback 👇
