Take the Revenue Architecture Score
The fastest way to start inside this Lab is to take the Revenue Architecture Score. It helps identify where your revenue system may be strong, weak, or leaking. The Score is not a full audit. It is a starting point. It helps answer: Where should I look first? Take the Score here: https://mestreamsolutions.com/revenue-architecture-score After you take it, come back and post: My primary constraint was: ______ No need to share private numbers. Just share the category or insight.

AI Does Not Fix a Broken System
AI can help a business move faster. But if the process is broken, AI just helps the broken process happen faster. Bad follow-up with AI is still bad follow-up. A confusing offer with AI is still a confusing offer. A messy customer journey with AI is still messy. The better order is: 1. Understand the revenue path 2. Identify the leak 3. Fix the process 4. Then automate or enhance with AI AI is powerful when it is installed into a clear system. It is dangerous when used as a substitute for one. Question: Where are you currently using AI in your business, or where are you tempted to use it?

Quick Exercise: The 10-Minute Revenue Leak Check
Take 10 minutes and answer these: 1. How many new inquiries did you get last month? 2. How many were followed up with more than once? 3. How many estimates or proposals were sent? 4. How many went quiet? 5. How many past customers were contacted again? 6. How many opportunities are sitting in memory instead of a system? The goal is not to be perfect. The goal is to see where the system is blurry. A blurry system leaks revenue because nobody can manage what they cannot see. Post one insight below: “I realized we may be leaking revenue at ______.”
