After working on the contact and recoil of the kick I feeling like my kicks are heavier!! But still a lot of work on. One thing now is getting my hips and leg into the bag. Sometimes I forget to think about want to chop and cut the bag in half.

This one felt great! I took a different angle and did a couple of reps in south paw to get the feeling of rotating. I feel like my south paw technique feels a lot better than my switch kick. I think the rotation in my upper body and balance is ALOT more stable and balance in south paw vs my switch kick. Now I am thinking in how to make the two kicks feel similar. Also, any feed back on the retraction of the kick??? With my style I change between orthodox and south paw. The second video show me alternating stance after the switch kick. What do you guys think? Any disadvantages you can think of switching stance too much??

Today’s kicks were felt nice when contacting the bag. Still just working on technique before I start speeding it up. I notice that I am pivoting my foot but I am not in the balls of my feet. I think that might give me a bit more control over the kick. I also need to not be lazy with my right hand!

@Nathan Washington Nah ahahaha! 🀣 it was actually at 8:47pm. I came home after a hard sparring session regretting life. I was sparring a 110kg Samoan and he only threw jabs. (His jabs ⬇️)

@Nathan Washington looks nice man! Out of curiosity, how are you throwing the hook? Thumb up or thumb towards you? A great tip Rodlek told me to help my punches land nicer is really focusing on landing with my knuckles. Great nugget!

Last nights drilling! Sorry for posting late! Contact in the bag felt a lot better and I believe slowing it down for the first couple of reps helped a lot! Still drilling the contact on the bag and I believe the next step is trying during partner drills!
