I am thinking about starting to use creatine or protein powder for its positive effects but just wondering whether anyone has had bad experiences or would suggest not to.

For me, it's on day 2 since shampoo when the product seems to fight back a bit when I am trying to move it, I don't get as much texture as I like as it can start clumping every now and again. Sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn't😂
