Hey everyone, happy to see so many people here. Seems like we have a lot of sales / rev ops experience. I have a "growth as a service" company called GTMx - where I basically take care of all things growth. Be it outbound via Clay + other tools or creating cold calling scripts and lead nurturing flows. Currently I have 5 customers, 4 of them with retainer + rev share + equity. One with retainer only. Four customers are scale-ups and one is a 200Mโฌ year company. Goal is to shift the business to private equity based deals, where I would assume an active shareholder position which is based on KPI's being met via my growth service (revenue growth, channel diversification, lead flow, conversion rate).
