From Known to Unknown-
I’ve spent the better part of my life defined by a "badge" and a "role." As a former Victoria Police officer, my identity was clear: I was the protector, the law, and the guy with the answers. In the logistics world, I was the one who kept the gears turning. But when you strip away the uniform, the HC license, and the professional titles, a difficult question remains: Most high-performing men spend decades building a "Neuro-Identity"—a complex set of behaviors and masks designed to help us survive and succeed in a demanding world. But eventually, that armor starts to feel like a cage. We become "successful" on paper, but strangers to ourselves. I’m currently navigating this shift myself. I’ve moved my family to a new city, I’m building new businesses, and I’m learning the building trade. In the process, I’ve realized that the hardest "logistics" problem isn't moving freight—it’s deconstructing an old identity to make room for an authentic one.
