Thank you very much for adding this program, along with all the supporting material on how to do each exercise properly! I like that the exercises are simple and easy to do in any gym. I started this program today for the first time, and I look forward to building up my strength šŸ’Ŗ Today, I can only do 6 good pushups from knees, but the sky is the limit šŸ“ˆ
