I've been in the SMMA space for a couple years now, and outreach has by far been the most difficult part. Being one of my biggest weaknesses in the past, I gave up on this business model entirely at one point, and started doing other things instead (dropshipping, blogging, affiliate marketing, etc...) But something always brought me back to SMMA, like someone put a spell on me, and it made it very difficult for me to actually stop.But in the last 6 months, I've been putting my head down and focusing on one thing and one thing only. Outreach, Outreach, and more outreach... Honestly, being someone that tried over and over, and quit many times, and nothing really worked, it's safe to say that i now say that i found a system that works for me.

I though it may be valuable to break down how I signed my first SMMA client within a month of starting with ZERO testimonials/case studies. Outreach: Cold Calling (around my 500th cold call). Niche: Home improvement. Offer: $2000/mo on a 3-month contract for FB ads management (plus GHL & its additional ad-ons). Closing The Client: I used the exact pitch deck from the course with a few customizations/ad-ons. The client was already running FB ads. In my pitch deck, I customized a few slides to include a FB ads analysis (ie. ways that they could improve their ads). The client told me that this was what sold him as he realized that his team had little to no idea what they were doing when creating their ads. After running ads for this client for ~2 weeks, they have seen better results than they saw in 2 months from their own ad. I also included a mockup/sample ad with a compelling offer that would suit their niche. If you are pitching a business on a sales call, I would highly recommend including a mockup of the ads that you would run for the client (customized with their company logo, project images, etc.) Service Delivery Status: After signing this client, I didn’t have a Media Buyer so I learned how to run FB ads by myself. It was initially a steep learning curve but is manageable and a super useful skill to know. I would honestly recommend that you learn media buying yourself as an SMMA owner. It helps you sell your service when you actually know the ins and outs of it. Anyways, I hope this helps provide some inspiration for everyone still hurting to sign their first client. I have a custom made script for loom scripts to send to clients its very short a simple but straight to the point. Guys i have to be honest i absolutely hate cold calls so i end up being lazy about it and call maybe 20 a day. But ofcourse no meeting what would you guys say is a good KPI for Cold calls. Is it realistic to get 1 appointment out of 100 cold calls? Let me know what you guys stats are i appreciate it!

For months i too struggled to get my first client. Hell i was even struggling to do outreach. I was just plainly lazy and i never really did anything besides watching youtube, i thought by doing that i will someday magically fall into wealth… hahaha now i can safely say that is untrue and having made over $230k in the last 3 months with two agencies and a ebook. I can safely say that is FORSURE completely false. You dont fall into it. You gotta take action and set goals. I have made a 90 day habit tracker sheet when i first started keeping myself accountable and set a goal to get 10 clients after the 90 days. Guess what happened? I got 13 clients. 3 more than I anticipated for. In 3 months i went from 2k a month to 50k a month and i say it again in only… 3 months. You can do it too forsure. I still use the habit tracker sheet to this day (not for outreach anymore tho) BUT you can use it for it though. Dm me ill send it to ya!

35 dms sent 11 responses 2 booked meetings All with a new offer in place for my new service in my agency. once you figure out outreach its easy Af this took place over a 48 hour period since i sent dms at night so they didnt see it until the next day

Hopefully they show up lol. Don’t ever give up king. If I gave up last week I wouldn’t be able to get these meetings

Hey guys, I've been sending 20-30 DMs a day (10 DMs/hour) and so far I have sent around 100 DMs, but still no replies. Do I need to comment on their post to tell them that I sent them a DM?

Guys I just wondered I know you can send about 40-60 dm on Instagram per day but does a follow up count as a dm Adele or not. Is it 40-60 new people you can dm per day?

Did my first ever cold calling session today, the ‘bringing the offer’ part didnt go all that well but still managed to book an appointment at the second call for tomorrow morning! I think it all comes down to what type of offer you have and how good it is. Feels scary and great at the same time! Now lets get him on board.
