Please check and try again.” My email verification, identity document, selfie, and questionnaire were all approved successfully. The only issue is with the tax number verification. Has anyone else had this problem with a newly issued ITIN on the Plasma One app? Does it take some time for new ITINs to be recognized in their verification system, or is there another step I need to take?
