I'm curious. I have a client who is asking for an in-person workshop (previously we have done it all online), but one of the facilitators would be on Zoom as they are on the otherside of the world. Has anyone done this? What has been your experience? How do we make it successful? Exploring ideas at the moment to see how viable this is.
Flaky internet can throw you off completely- work with hotel Orr training space provider to ensure good internet connection .. especially with more than 10 pax in the room . I have done it as being the remote Co facilitatorโฆ worked well as I presented the key content / process whilst the on-site facilitator managed the grp work and I listened in and provided input and was the what of devil advocate ๐
