Just wanted to share this with you guys. when i started like 8 months ago i had a goal to hit around 100 deals in my first year and get to about 15k MRR just selling reviews. Back then i honestly had no clue if this was gonna work. I was just hoping i could figure it out as i go. now we’re about 8 months in and i’ve done around 24k in revenue (not MRR). Super thankful for this community as i would have never made it without it. Lots of ups and downs, stressful days, times where everything feels all over the place and you don’t really know what you’re doing. What’s worked for me more than anything has been cold calling and just building relationships. I kept the offer simple with reviews as the entry point. Low friction and it actually gets results - that made it way easier to build trust and then upsell into better retainers after. But yeah i’m still figuring it all out. To this day, haven’t even properly started meta ads yet, still getting better with ghl automations or figuring out how to run my books ahah. But if there’s one thing i do feel confident on now - cold calling. So I am thinking of putting together a skool group just around that.
