OpenAI Academy,
Hello everyone, OpenAI Academy, launched by OpenAI, is a free educational platform aimed at democratizing access to knowledge about artificial intelligence. Designed for all audiences (developers, teachers, artists, or simply curious individuals), it offers a variety of resources: practical guides, tutorials, live sessions, and in-person events. The Academy emphasizes the responsible use of AI, with modules dedicated to creating personalized GPTs, integrating tools like Sora (video generator) into concrete projects, or optimizing ChatGPT for in-depth research. Learners can follow paths tailored to their level and participate in an active community to exchange ideas. Although currently available in English, expansion to other languages is planned. This initiative aligns with the original mission of OpenAI (created in 2015 by Sam Altman, Elon Musk, and others): to develop general AI for the benefit of humanity. By making technologies like GPT-4 or DALL-E 3 accessible to the general public, the Academy strengthens the company's commitment to ethical innovation. https://academy.openai.com

AI Agents: The Next Evolution in Intelligence ๐Ÿš€
How did agentic AI emerge? What problem was it meant to solve? And why is it rapidly replacing classic programmatic control logic, where users had to manually define every step in decision-making? It all started with LLMs in 2022, followed by compound AI systems in 2023โ€”the first to apply system design principles for more dynamic problem-solving. But 2024 marks the official rise of AI agents, pushing AI into a new era of autonomy. This shift isn't just another upgradeโ€”itโ€™s a fundamental leap. With human-in-the-loop reasoning, AI agents are solving super complex problems dynamically, adapting and learning like never before. This is the moment where AI stops being just a tool and starts thinking with us. Curious how it works? Watch the full breakdown in the video! ๐ŸŽฅ๐Ÿ‘‡

The Future of Work Is Here - Are You Ready?
Just saw LinkedIn's latest data on the fastest-growing skills for 2025, and it's eye-opening. While we've all been talking about AI disruption, the specifics are now crystal clear. Did you know that by 2030, a staggering 70% of skills used in most jobs will have changed? The future isn't comingโ€”it's already arrived. The top skill? No surprise: AI literacy. But what caught my attention was the perfect blend of tech and human skills dominating the list. Here's my take on the top 5: 1๏ธโƒฃ AI Literacy - You don't need to be a developer, but understanding how to leverage AI tools is now non-negotiable 2๏ธโƒฃ Conflict Management - With hybrid work and multi-generational teams, this human skill is more valuable than ever 3๏ธโƒฃ Adaptability - The only constant is change, especially in today's economic landscape 4๏ธโƒฃ Process Optimization - Companies are laser-focused on efficiency in uncertain times 5๏ธโƒฃ Innovative Thinking - The human creativity that AI can't replicate remains invaluable What's particularly interesting is that many of these skills aren't purely technicalโ€”they're about how we navigate complexity and change in increasingly AI-influenced environments. For those feeling overwhelmed: start small. Pick one skill from this list that aligns with your career goals and dedicate just 30 minutes daily to improving it. Consistent micro-learning beats sporadic crash courses every time. Which of these 05 skills are you currently developing? And which one surprised you most?

Pure insight! To answer you: work in progress on AI literacy, as it is actually the scope of this community. What surprises me the most is conflict management, itโ€™s a blind spot in the corporate world, but if we look around thereโ€™s rarely a team with no conflict.
Intro amazing!
