fitness for the week - 4 gym days, 4 at home strength workouts, more standing and using my walking pad during work. Nutrition - protein packed snacks Self care - jealous on your hot tub days lol I feel my best when I get my workouts in and get ample reading time. Either while I’m on the bike or before bed.
