How to achieve two fingers push up ?
I've been practicing fingertip push-ups for a while. I can easily do them on three fingertips and on my thumbs, but doing them on just my middle and index fingers is really difficult. Right now, I can only hold myself up on my knees in the push-up position. Do you have any tips/progressions that would help to achieve that two finger push up ?
Is tracking macros underrated in calisthenics ?
I've heard that many people at a high level in calisthenics don't track what they eat, but wouldn't tracking help improve their skills faster? I mean, by ensuring they get enough nutrition
SKINNY to fit vs FAT to fit: Which do YOU think is HARDER?
This is one of the greatest debates in the fitness industry and in gym trends. Do you think it is MUCH MORE DIFFICULT to go from SKINNY to fit? Or FAT to fit?

I totally believe from fat to fit is harder, because most of the time, you will have to be in a calorie deficit and if you are the guy/girl who tends to eat at lot, will be difficult to change that eating habit and eventually it will become like a mental thing, where you'll have to do something in order to not think about the food.
Why people do not pay attention to warmups or stretches ?
I see many people, not even the beginners, but even those who are in quite high level of calisthenics, do not warmup or warmup very short amount of time, why they do not pay attention to it? Because as we know, warming up and streching is necessary specially for calisthenics, if we want to avoid injuries and progress as fast as possible
What HAS MOTIVATED you to TRAIN HARD in Calisthenics?
I saw someone doing a clean planche combo and I told myself "Damn. I HAVE to do that before I die" What's YOUR motivation?
