When Waiting Tests Our Faithfulness ⏳
Family, sometimes the hardest part of faith isn’t believing—it’s waiting. Jesus spoke about a delay that tested readiness, not devotion. “As the bridegroom was delayed, they all became drowsy and slept.” (Matthew 25:5) When answers don’t come the way or the timing we expect, it’s easy for weariness to creep in. Waiting has a way of revealing what we’re truly anchored to. Faithfulness isn’t proven in the moment of excitement, but in the quiet seasons when nothing seems to be happening. This is often where hearts are shaped and convictions are strengthened. Take a moment today to ask: How am I responding in the waiting—and what is God forming in me through it? God is not absent in delay. He is working, even when the process feels slow. If you’re reading along with us: This reflection comes from Relationship Goals, available inside the ITC Classroom. I think waiting increases my faith.
🏈 Super Bowl Sunday 🏈
Family, today many people (specifically in the USA) are gathering with friends and loved ones—sharing food, laughter, competition, and celebration. As followers of Jesus, we don’t step out of our faith when we step into everyday moments like this. We carry His light with us—into living rooms, conversations, and even friendly rivalries. Scripture reminds us: “Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16) And also: “Whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” (1 Corinthians 10:31) Whether your team wins or loses, today is an opportunity to model joy, kindness, humility, and good sportsmanship. We can celebrate without tearing others down, enjoy the moment without losing perspective, and reflect Christ in how we speak and respond. As you go about your day, consider: How can I bring peace, joy, and grace into the spaces I’m in today? Enjoy the time. Enjoy the people. And remember—no matter the score, God is still good, and His Kingdom is still advancing through His people.

Preparing the Bride 👰🏼‍♀️
Every bride prepares—not based on preference, trend, or opinion—but with intention. No matter the style of the wedding, preparation is never optional. And Scripture reminds us that we, as the Church, are called the Bride of Christ. Preparation isn’t about appearances. It’s about alignment. It’s not about what feels important to us—it’s about what matters to God. Jesus often spoke about being ready, not rushed. Faithful, not frantic. Prepared, not passive (Matthew 25:1–13). And readiness is always a choice. This applies far beyond spiritual language. The way we prepare our hearts shapes how we live, how we love, and how we build relationships. When preparation is neglected, even good intentions begin to drift. Take a moment today to sit with this question: Am I giving my attention to what matters most to God—or just what feels urgent to me? God is faithful to meet us when our hearts are aligned with His. I want to be ready for the wedding
Holiness
This morning I was thinking about holiness. I have things for God to help me on to achieve true holiness. God says to be holy as I am holy.
