Hi my name is Shantisha. I live in North Carolina and I plan on making at least $5,000 per month dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1. Learn how to communicate clearly and concisely, negotiate rates and terms, relay instructions for pickups/deliveries, and handle updates or complaints 2. Finding and booking profitable loads, assigning them to the right drivers/trucks, optimizing routes for efficiency, and managing timelines to avoid delays 3. Understand key regulations, maintaining detailed records, time management to maximize productivity, and using technology/software effectively For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1. Going to the ocean 2. Playing the Xbox in my free time 3. Creating designs for my other business ————————————————

It has been a journey out here in Colorado but I know there is more to explore. Really having a great time with this new project and app that we have here. Looking to meet others in this same field.
