Hello everyone! My name is Gustavo Bracco and I’m joining from São Paulo, Brazil. I am an attorney, former professional basketball player, and currently a director of Instituto Futuros Craques, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for children and young people through sports. Our mission is to use sports as a pathway for education, personal development, social inclusion, and community impact. Through our programs, we help young people build confidence, discipline, leadership skills, and access to opportunities that can positively shape their futures. Over the years, I have worked closely with nonprofit management, fundraising, sports development programs, and community initiatives, always focused on creating sustainable impact. I’m excited to connect with fellow nonprofit leaders, learn from your experiences, and share ideas that help strengthen our organizations and the communities we serve.
