I 4x business revenue for a friend but now I am in a weird situation
My friend is a creator who was selling e-books via his instagram but he was barely making any money mainly because he had a shit landing page, bad offer and alot of things were done manually. So I did all of that and after 30 days his revenue was at 4x than previous months. He paid me 30% of those extra profits. I just did it for fun but I am thinking if this could be turned into a business? What ya'll think?

I lost a $6,745 AI automation deal because of this one simple mistake.
I tried to help everyone. Custom solutions. Custom workflows. Custom timelines. Sounds good in theory. Kills you in reality. Here’s the truth no AI agency wants to admit: You can’t scale “custom everything.” Most AI agencies fail for one reason: They promise to build bespoke automations for every business. Deployment time went from 7 days → under 1 hour. That’s when everything changed. I went from: - Project-to-project chaos - Consistent, predictable, paying clients Saying “no” at the start was hard. But speed compounds. Speed = money. Amazon didn’t win because it had the best products. It won because it removed friction. Imagine if Amazon said: “Fill a 5-page form and wait 10 days to order.” You’d never use it. Instead: 2 clicks. Product at your door. LESS FRICTION = MORE SALES

Twilio help!!!
I'm trying to setup my AI voice agent with my Twilio phone number and I'm seeing this error. Does anyone know how to fix it? Error message is : "couldn't create Twilio call. Twilio error: Account not allowed to call." I'm trying to do outbound lead qualification and my Twilio is paid and also geo location is enabled. I'm trying to call USA phone numbers.

Usually happens because of two reasons: 1. Either you are on twillio’s trial plan which means it won’t allow you to call certain numbers which are not verified 2. The country code you are trying to call has not been given the permission to call. Fix: 1. Make sure you are not on the trial plan of twillio 2. Go to your number in twillio and go to settings Geolocation, enable the location of the country code you are trying to call. Had the same issue last week and the 2nd fix worked

@Mikael Lindback At first, businesses are a little skeptical, but surprisingly, they are very open to these kinds of solutions. Many of them are genuinely surprised to realize that their “problems” can be fixed. More importantly, focusing on addressing their problems rather than highlighting the product’s features really helps with selling.
