Hey everyone! 👋 I’m Guillermo, from Madrid, Spain 🇪🇸 I’m still fairly early in my POD journey. Right now I’m focused on learning what actually works, experimenting with designs and products, and figuring out how to build a system that can scale rather than just uploading random designs and hoping for the best. I’m especially interested in apparel — particularly T-shirts — and bold, creative designs that feel like something people would genuinely want to wear. I’m also really interested in using AI and automation to speed up the whole process, from ideation and design to mockups and publishing. My biggest goal is to turn POD into a consistent, scalable online business that generates meaningful monthly income and can eventually run with a highly optimized workflow. The main thing I’d love help with from the community is niche and product validation — understanding how to spot ideas with real demand, what separates designs that sell from those that don’t, and how to get those first consistent sales. Excited to learn from everyone here and share what I discover along the way! 🚀
