Keep It Simple!
Simplicity is everything! We want easy to make food that is good for you. Keeps you full longer. And helps lose weight! Best case? You find 3–5 “go-to meals” you can repeat and you love to eat? For me... Wraps (I use Naan bread) I roast a ton of veggies at once and have big ole bowls with chicken Protein Shakes Chicken Salad Boring? Maybe. Effective? 100%. Over the last 3 months I have lost 12.4 pounds of body fat :) And I am very happy with that! What’s one meal you could eat on repeat this week? 👇

Love burrito bowls I love that i can change it up every day, depending what i have on hand. I prep cooking chicken for the week, cut up veggies like peppers, green onion, tomato, lettuce I have black beans ready as well as rice. I don't eat the rice, but family does. They like to make a wrap out of it, where i like to make a salad. I do add a sauce of some sorts.
