Hi guys, its been a while. I have been limiting my time with being on screen. Not taking a break from trading (because i love being in that world) just freeing my brain. In the past few weeks this has happened. In boredom, you start noticing little things. I focussed more in building a relationship with my creator. I spent even more time with my kids. My wife, wow our relationship has blossomed. I realised how loved I am by my siblings. Now we speak to each other regularly although we live in different cities. I was attentive to a job opportunity, got an interview and landed the job in the same week(Didnt have one in 2 years and went for many interviews). Now I am head of a new project with a young team eager to learn...and it goes on. I wanted to explain how distracted this world has made us that everything we actually NEED, is right inside of us. We just have to commit to taking a step back and focussing on being aware and you will start to notice. I thank this group, the rewiring,the extreme HONESTY and support. No matter where you are, we are not alone, this group is testament to it. We are all different and one at the same time. Love you guys. ❤️

So... life happened, I was made redundant at my job, in the moment , I felt numb , because you start thinking , could I have done anything different, could I have done anything better... and I then I realized I am not going to die, life goes on , the world goes on... and I reached out to @Lesley-Anne Jones to help clear my head of the negative thoughts so I can move past this hurdle . and I got the most amazing response that I could ever get, she enlightened me that this is a gift, that it might unlock the next level in my journey( I am not saying everyone must stop working) but it was an amazing though that this is going to change my life for the better and can lead to bigger and better things so thank you @Lesley-Anne Jones

So everyone says you must journal to be the best trader and you will keep on making the same mistakes if you don't journal , so I have been , every day , in an old school paper diary, and it works , I have my thought and ideas and all the emotions there, and of course the trade journals . but this morning , I set up a notion journal, where it all is in one place , because I felt having it all over made it a passive journal, where it not actionable, I cant track it easily and it will allow me to easily as in a business create reports and action Items, because as @Lesley-Anne Jones tweeted (yes I still say tweeted) trading is a business and we need to treat it as such One of my first tasks is to put all the information in one place , then take that information and make sure my Trading Plan(business plan) is aligned , wish me luck!

The market does not care about your feelings. Was in the green yesterday and then the trigger of overconfidence hit me hard. Was a red day but but but, i didnt tilt to blow. This happens when i dont follow my ritual. The Ritual: Reminder, breathe deep before taking a trade - Navy seal technique - 4, 4, 4 Rewire meditation before session - visualizing watching me trade with confidence Review trade Plan Affirm that im not a bad trader, accept loss without emotion Set timer for 20min when trading - take 5min break after 20min to reset Complete trading at 11:00am Step away no matter what

So this morning (I am in south africa) I passed my Funding Ticks Eval, now comes the next step, sticking to my rules, my non-negotiables , meditate before the session, keep a calm head space and let the market talk to me !!!
