Late payment removal
I have late payments with a credit builder SELF it was during Covid I’ve used the Covid care acts and the late payment removal methods. I’ve disputed this information about 8 times. Does anyone have something that really works because?

I asked the CRA’S for a method of verification (via certified mail) they just sent a letter saying the item was investigated and remains the same
