WHAT'S THE BEST NEW PLUGIN YOU FOUND RECENTLY? 🧑🏼‍💻
As we approach Black Friday, let's make a list of all of the best new plugins to keep an eye out for. I'm a huge fan of the Cradle Audio plugins because of The God Particle (has been almost the only thing on my master channel for about 2 years now). It's the ultimate master bus sound-gooderizer in my opinion. A black box that does SOMETHING amazing that I'm not able to vocalise further than "it good. it very good". I'm SO stoked about their new drum focused plugin called Orion that is exactly the same level of magic as The God Particle is for mastering but for drum busses. I absolutely love a plugin that removes the need for me to over intellectualize a process. Slap it on - tweak some knobs - BOOM. All of their plugins are just GOLD! Highly highly recommend. What's the best plugin you've found recently?

Track Feedback
Hello everyone, I’m new here and trying to take advantage of your experience as much as possible. I’ve been working on a few tracks that I plan on sharing here for feedback and potential collaborations. I was hoping I could get your insight on this song Catharsis. I’d like to know if it sounds ready to be published, if the structure makes sense to be mixed by other djs, and lastly, which genre do you all think it sounds like? I was flowing with it and never paid attention to structure or genres (I’m learning), so I’d like to know how other people feel about it. Thanks to all! Andrés

Cool vibe ... sounds a little like Taches tunes :) The horn, as everyone has said, seems a little loud and dry compared to the rest of the song ... almost out of place. If you could lower the volume a tad and add some reverb/delay, you'd be set! :)
Suggestions please…

I dig it ... my only suggestion would be that the intro and first half of the song seem a little too long. When the voice starts kicking in ... that's when it starts to get interesting with effects and breakdowns ... but it take a while to get there :)
“Rural Plasticity” - my latest
https://on.soundcloud.com/6t4ap3HqpdYdMCju9 Started this last week, shortly after joining this wonderful group. It stewed for a few days, but I fell in the hole on the third day and completed it over the weekend. I took many breaks to hack the yard, walk doggy, ocean view strolls, grocery shopping and stressful parking lots, perhaps reflective in the movements of the tune . Hack this down like I did to my weedy grass. I want to improve. This is very different from the usual as I never incorporated jazz solos or dabbled in jazz, but my head said 'do it' . learned much on the piano roll -teasing notes and midi, hearing them in my head, trying to make it sound human. I imagined a drummer, conga player, percussionist, flautist, accordionist, guitarist and bassist, back-up vocalist on a smokey stage. I was going for a "live: feel. Thanks Taches for your Teaches on humanizing. Don't be shy, i can take it. wanna grow, just like those fucking weeds.

Wow ... VERY different from what I was expecting, but VERY cool and fluid. I think you got the "live" feel on this. Love the breakdown too. Awesome :)
