Help with onboarding and keeping track for clients
hey guys, can someone help me with understanding a better system as to how to onboard a client once they sign up for 6 months of one on on support? Ie... what system do you use input client managment how do you track the next session and sessions completed my brain is scattered and i want to provide a high qulity of services and this means not fogetting anyone as well as making sure they get to their goals?

@Travis Norris I'm not looking for manual input into spreadsheets and maintaining over spreadsheets this gets really time consuming as you start to grow your client base to 20 clients. Surely there are client management systems the coaches are using to automate some type of onboarding management. I don't just do one off consultations

What do you guys prefer for coaching calls. Google or Zoom? I have actually been using stream yard as well some times.

Private coaching management system
Hey guys I do monthly private coaching clients. I currently have 3 of them. I want to manage them and their next appointments etc an as I get 10, 15, 20 clients I can see it starting to get tricky to keep track of my schedule. So do you guys have any good suggestions of how I can manage these clients and keep track or schedule upcoming sessions?

@Hannah Self Worth Coach google calendar is fine but how about a system to keep track of when to book a new session in. i think when i get more than 5 clients i am going to start forgetting stuff and I dont want this to happen.

@Jana Matus yeah zoom is fine for holding sessions. i want to know how i manage cleint and keep track of them on a daily basis so i dont forget about them or forget to book them in for their next appointment.
