If it’s a recording, it pulls the file, transcribes it, and sends it to an AI agent that decides what to do next, maybe update Airtable, send an email, or book an event in Google Calendar. Getting it to handle both text and voice smoothly wasn’t easy. The main challenge was keeping the flow natural, so I added logic to switch between message types and made sure the responses stayed relevant every time. In the end, everything just clicked. The client could drop a quick voice note, and things got done instantly. No typing. No back and forth.
