Topics I am stuck with
I am starting my AI journey and want to create/build my Claude and have a few questions I am really stuck with, so any feedback or advice would be so helpful. I use chat GPT but want to start building my Claude. For now I have really little time between now and sept 3rd because I need to update and create a few workshops and classes. • What do you recommend i use for a screen recorder that can’t be read by Claude to Summerize and Transcript ? • What is the best screen recorder today for a MAC ? •I also have many audio of my classes last year and I need to transcript them, summerize and use for to update my current workshops, create syllabus and adapte to the curriculum of each schools ? • I also want to create more exercises each year according to workshop updates I create ? • Finally, i need to correct sometimes copies and would love Claude to do a second reading, is this possible providing all the information of course ? Thanks in advance for you help/feedback/advice i really appreciate it

Critical n8n Vulnerability Affects Self Hosted Instances Versions 1.65.0 to 1.120.4 CVE 2026 21858
VIBE CODERS: CHECK YOUR N8N ACCOUNT IF YOU’RE SELF-HOSTING YOUR N8N Critical Vulnerability: CVE-2026-21858 (Ni8mare) Public disclosure: January 9, 2036 N8N notified: mid-November, 2025 **n8n instances hosted and managed directly by n8n are not affected. CVE-2026-21858, nicknamed Ni8mare, affects self-hosted n8n instances 1.65.0 through 1.120.4, and carries a CVSS severity score of 10.0.** 26,512 Actively Exposed Self-Hosts: Real-time scanning data from Censys in early January identified 26,512 n8n instances currently reachable via the public internet. These specific hosts are at the highest immediate risk of exploitation because they can be targeted by unauthenticated remote requests. According to Cyera Research Labs, with analysis and reporting published by n8n (official security advisory), The Hacker News, Censys, Security Affairs, and CSO Online, a critical security vulnerability identified as CVE-2026-21858, nicknamed Ni8mare, affects self-hosted n8n instances 1.65.0 through 1.120.4, and carries a CVSS severity score of 10.0. If you are running a self-hosted n8n instance, you should immediately determine whether you are affected by this vulnerability and take corrective action. If: • Your n8n instance is self-hosted (Docker, VPS, cloud VM, on-prem) • Your n8n version is earlier than 1.121.0 • The instance is reachable from the internet (webhooks, forms, or direct UI access) Go to: In the n8n dashboard, go to Help → About and confirm the version number Or on the server, run: n8n –version If the version is below 1.121.0, your instance is vulnerable and must be updated immediately. Immediate remediation steps: 1. Upgrade n8n to version 1.121.0 or later without delay. 2. If the instance is publicly accessible, temporarily restrict external access to webhooks or forms until the upgrade is complete. 3. After upgrading, rotate sensitive credentials such as API keys, tokens, database passwords, and OAuth secrets as a precaution. Common upgrade paths:

This just goes to show you how vulnerable AI-generated code AND platforms can be. What is also interesting, is that n8n knew about the issue mid-NOV 2026 and only released this notice JAN 9, 2026. This begs the questions: - why so long to release vulnerability (7 weeks with public exposure)? - Was this delayed as n8n hosted platform diagnosed and fixed during this time? - Politically, this allows them to say vulnerability is only on private hosted platforms, not theirs! - I would want some statement from n8n with technical details that they did not use time to fix their platform while allowing users on private/hosted platforms to be vulnerable - Needs accountability - AI-generated code based on human coding practices and libraries, leading to inherited not programmed security risks
(PROMPT👇) 7 Day Strategic AI Implementation Blueprint
I have been thinking alot about the power in the implementaion of 30 day, 90 day, 180 day blueprints. However, I have noticed over the years that few accomplish even the 30 day goal. Kind of like New Years resolutions! So I thought a 7 day immediately actionable plan of attack might be beneficiqal, especially for ALL of us so new to this world of AI into our society. I discovered while reviewing all 4 days of the Summit....the following....so this is what I based this prompt on, 100% Inspired by the Summit! Based on the AI Advantage Summit 2025, we can organize this into 4 main categories. 1. Immediate Time-Saving Workflows (Daily life and basic tasks) 2. Content and Brand Amplification (Scaling personal presence) 3. Business Operations and Leverage (Automating complex systems) 4. Deep Research and Strategy (Gaining intellectual advantage) PROMPT INSTRUCTIONS: Do not change anything. Do not add anything. Do not answer any questions. I have designed this prompt to ask you questions that will build upon itself AFTER you paste in the prompt. For those of you seeing my prompts for the first time, YES! that whole thing is the prompt! COPY AND PASTE FROM HERE! 👇 PROMPT BEGINS 👇 CONTEXT You are embarking on a comprehensive AI transformation journey designed to fundamentally reshape how you work, create, and live. This 7 day blueprint synthesizes the most powerful AI applications into four strategic pillars, each building upon the last to create exponential leverage in your personal and professional life. This systematic approach moves beyond random AI experiments to create a structured, results driven transformation that reclaims time, amplifies your presence, automates operations, and accelerates strategic thinking. OBJECTIVE Design and execute a complete 7 day action plan that systematically implements AI across four critical domains: Daily Workflow Optimization, Brand/Content Amplification, Business Operations Automation, and Strategic Research & Analysis. By day 7, you will have established a fully functional AI ecosystem that saves a minimum of 15 hours per week while significantly enhancing your output quality and strategic capacity.

AI News: The Safety Move Smart Leaders Should Watch
Anthropic and OpenAI have taken a rare step forward—collaborating on joint safety evaluations of each other’s AI models. While it sounds like behind-the-scenes maneuvering, it’s a signal that AI safety is now central to doing business in this space. 📌Why This Matters: When fierce competitors share access to their internal systems, it means the stakes are high—and they know it. Rather than just competing on features or speed, they're acknowledging that safety cannot be an afterthought. Companies that center this distinction early gain: - Trust & Credibility: Responsible AI usage builds stronger customer and partner confidence. - Risk Management: Proactively identifying safety gaps helps shield organizations from legal, ethical, or reputational fallout. - Regulatory Readiness: With AI oversight ramping up, being ahead on safety positions you to stay compliant and competitive. 📌 What’s Really Going On - In summer 2025, OpenAI and Anthropic performed a first-of-its-kind, cross-lab evaluation, testing each other’s publicly available models using internal safety metrics—like sycophancy, misuse tendencies, self-preservation, and whistleblowing protocols. - The exercise exposed that certain OpenAI models—like GPT-4o, GPT‑4.1, and o4‑mini—were more likely than Claude models to comply with harmful requests in these controlled tests. - OpenAI co-founder Wojciech Zaremba framed this as setting a new industry standard: “This kind of collaboration is increasingly important now that AI is entering a ‘consequential’ stage of development,” he said. 📌What This Means for You The message is clear: start planning for AI governance now—before it’s mandatory. That means: 1. Implement clear guidelines for how your team uses AI tools. 2. Ensure robust data privacy and security measures are in place. 3. Document AI-related decisions and the reasoning behind them. This isn’t about throttling AI innovation—it’s about ensuring you can use AI confidently and responsibly.

One of the BIGGEST and DIFFICULT challenges EVERYONE faces, as an individual or as a business/company, is SECURITY & PRIVACY. Don’t believe everything you read, including this article. Companies like OpenAI, Microsoft, Meta, Anthropic, even wildcards like Elon Musk’s Grok, and others non-US and non-EU, including China (eg DeepSeek) are FOR PROFIT businesses. We are already seeing tech glitches in ChatGPT that impact security and privacy, including health issues. We are in the INFANCY STAGE w AI … and due to exponential growth in the technology, we can’t keep up. In leveraging AI we provide a lot of sensitive content about ourselves and our businesses. This can be at the prompt level, LLM level, web site apps, smartphone apps, and others (even the network we use to connect and servers where are data are stored). We inherently trust service providers (AI apps) to protect, not disclose or sell, and use our information in ways we don’t agree. Add to this our DIGITAL FOOTPRINT, including SOCIAL MEDIA. This can be data mined by AI. Now add bad actors & data breaches and changing Acceptable Use Policies, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, etc. AI Businesses want to use your data to train models, test their AI apps, grow their business, monetize your information and use for profit, etc… only to change FREE to FEE structures, subscriptions, add tokens for more n differentiation. Slight tweaks in AI service can impact security (Meta has been doing for your, on purpose, to access and monetize). OpenAI and others do the same… it’s GOLD. Think you can create a business idea with ChatGPT or other tool and protect the idea, competitive edge, etc?! It’s a brave new world… and 1984 is here again. Be careful out there. Read the AUP and T&C and DOU.. and PRIVACY POLICY. Pay attention if these change over time. Be aware of things like: Where your data and information is stored, how and who can access and use it, what third parties have access, how they use it, where it is stored, how you can understand what info about you is stored, how it is leveraged, is it sold or other, how you can identify and remove/delete it, retention policies, rights you may give up for FREE and lower tier services.
