I’m going to college and will have to eat a majority of what the college provides me. Any suggestions on how to eat for high t and metabolic rate in college?
With gut health being one of the most important thing for metabolism, testosterone, 95% of serotonin, list goes on, what has helped me the best so far in cleaning my gut is carrot salad using coconut oil instead of olive oil (look up ray peat).

I have been taking cold showers recently and it has caused me to feel very good in the short term, but the stress and fatigue I have felt later on was not worth it at all.
