@Melanie Lambert send them your your own notice of conditional acceptance the condition being that once they have completed their enquiries to confirm that it is your car they are identifying and not a clone, under the rules of CPIA they are to send you their evidence. They are making the claim therefore it is for them to prove the case not you.
