Legs up on the wall!
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving :-) I'm up pretty late, but I just remembered that if I put my legs up on the wall, my back flat on the floor, that for some reason helps with sleep. It might be a blood pressure situation, but it's nice :-)

@Georgiana D after 30 to 90 days ... you will probably FEEL SO GREAT you won't want to go back .... to the old suck ... most don't know HOW GOOD THEY CAN FEEL ... My dad felt his best from 60-80 after many lifestyle changes he did not even consider or know about the first 50 years !! WE GET TO LIGHT THE WAY for others !! SHINE ON !!
